Delicious Apricot Date Energy Balls

1 Cup of Dried Apricots

1/2 Cup Pitted Dates

1/2 Cup Oats

1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1. Make sure the dates have no pits

2. Put all ingredients into food processor

3.mix for 1 -2 minutes or until it becomes paste like

4. Form into balls (about 1 1/2 tsp)

5. Place on parchment paper.

6. Enjoy

*note keep hands washed while forming the balls.Helps with the stickiness.
